Help & FAQ
How does agent verification work?
Agents submit a business name and an ID document from Profile → Verification. An admin reviews it manually — once approved, your listings can go live.
What are roommate posts?
A way to find someone to split rent with. Post your accommodation cost, budget, school, and preferences under More → Roommate posts — it shows up in Search for anyone browsing near that school.
How do saved search alerts work?
Tap 🔔 next to any search in the Search tab to save it. We'll email you when a new listing matches.
How do I avoid scams?
Only pay or hand over money after physically inspecting a property. Be cautious of agents who pressure you to pay quickly or refuse calls. If something feels off, use the Report option on that listing or profile.
How do I report a listing or a user?
Open the listing or profile and look for the Report option there (normally at the bottom of a listing and under the contact details of an agent) — our team reviews every report.
How do I change my email, phone, or password?
Go to Profile → Security. Changing your email or password needs your current password and, for email, a confirmation code.
